The main purposes of IPI.MANAGER are to assign tasks to employees, process user tasks (queries), maintain history, capture information about each task, designate executive employees, and track response times and execution deadlines.

When any task changes, the system automatically sends e-mail notification both to the task author and to the key managers of your company. In fact,,authors don't need to visit their personal desktops to track task execution, as all necessary information is delivered to them by e-mail.

In addition to processing customer queries, IPI.MANAGERâ„¢ may be efficiently used to assign tasks among the employees within your company.

The manager can assign task to his subordinates; employees can send questions to their managers; tasks may be arranged in chains, with a new task starting only after the previous one has been completed; you can also set a deadline for executing a task and its importance for your company, and use many other valuable features.
