Spread Server is a reporting application that can be used to automatically generate and distribute feature-rich Excel reports from a server via simple SQL statements or via custom C# or VB.NET snap-ins.

User-defined templates, which can contain formatted sheets and charts, can be loaded from any database. Once loaded, the spreadsheets are routed to end users via e-mail attachment or file copy to a network server.

The application includes an intuitive configuration interface that allows business analysts and IT professionals to meet the majority of common automated spreadsheet generation and delivery requirements with no coding. Also, for more advanced spreadsheet generation requirements, the application is extensible via custom-defined Excel macros and fully documented .NET 1.1 compliant snap-in interfaces.
