ProSoftware has seen the needs and has developed Pro Email Verifier, a new and powerful software that can check great quantities of e-mail addresses using owner techniques that guarantee optimum performance even in circumstances where the connection is not particularly fast.

Companies active in the fields of e-mail Marketing or in Newsletter management are fully aware of how much time a check-up operation of many e-mail addresses can take.

The main problem encountered is the fact that a Mail Server can take several minutes before it returns a reply and in some cases will not even reply at all. Usually, to check the validity of a single e-mail address takes from 5 to 15 seconds. Therefore, theoretically to check 10. addresses for example would take between 13 to 42 hours.

Unfortunately, the time usually necessary to check an address depends on the time necessary for the server to reply to the request and obviously it is not possible to force the server to reply quicker.

The concept is quite simple: if during an address check a server does not reply inside certain time limits, the next addresses are checked, when the server is ready the software completes the address check that was suspended.
Thanks to this advanced technology it is possible to reduce checking time even down to an average of 3 seconds per address.
