HumanityTHUNDER is a useful IIS Web Site Optimizer utility.

Have you ever you visited an ASP.NET web site after no one else has been there for a few days, and had to wait several minutes while the business objects and web pages were re-compiled and cached? Well, no more waiting! HumanityTHUNDER is a standard C# Windows service application that runs in the background keeping your web sites "fresh" and reloaded to the web server cache so that the next visitor to one of your sites is treated to its content almost instantly.

Just list your websites in the application's XML configuration file, restart the service so that the new settings are picked up, and HumanityTHUNDER will work automatically in the background keeping your web sites fresh and ready to go. Every 4-5 minutes (you set the frequency...) HumanityTHUNDER will cycle through your list of sites.
