eAnnouncer is an Outlook add-in for sending individual, personalized, emails to your mailing list. Send personalized emails to your newsletter subscribers, customers, or other contacts.
eAnnouncer is an Outlook add-in that helps you to send personalized emails.
Compose your message in Outlook, and then have them sent individually to each recipient in your mailing list. Mail merge makes your messagespersonal and more professional. Sending from Outlook reduces chancesof your messages being blocked by spam filters.
You control the rate atwhich emails are sent. Utilize all the power of Outlook, send from any email account, text or HTML messages, attachments, adjustable character encoding, and embedded images.
No ads or banners of any type are added to your messages.
Using eAnnouncer is very simple. Just follow these 3 steps:
- Start Outlook and create a new mail message. When you're done composing the message, click the "Announce" button on the toolbar
- Once you click the "Announce" button you will see the following dialog. Use the "Browse..." button to select your mailing list. If you'd like to preview or edit the mailing list before sending, select the "Open..." button
- Press the "Send" button to create and send all of your emails, one per recipient in your mailing list.
