Mail Them Pro is a program created for newsletter mailings and mailing lists management. It has own high performance built-in SMTP server, so you don't need to use your ISP's SMTP server. But if you want you still can use your ISP to send emails with an incredible speed.

Personalize and merge individual information into any message allows you to create really personal e-mails. It's possible to merge up to 10 different custom fields.

You can send an unlimited number of messages and mailing lists management is really easy. The program automatically handles subscribe and unsubscribe requests and bounced messages.

It can send HTML pages with embedded graphics. And it has an integrated 'spam check' function which helps you to avoid antispam filters. Mail Them Pro supports import from Access, Excel, MySQL, MS SQL Server and WAB (Windows Address Book). In most cases you can install the program and start sending immediately.

  • Mail Them Pro supports handling for subscribe and unsubscribe requests and bounced messages. You can easily adopt it to fully verified opt-in list management for your newsletter marketing campaign.
  • If you want to send your list through your provider's SMTP email server, you can choose between Personal Copies(PC) or Blind Carbon Copies(BCC). Full support for secured SSL SMTP servers, including Gmail.
