Ultra MP3 CD Maker is a tool that converts audio CDs to MP3 files and back. The program has a very simple interface and doesn't need the installation process - just unzip and run the file. There are two main buttons on the toolbar on startup: CD to MP3 and MP3 to CD. Depending on what button you push, the list of files or tracks will appear in the main window.

Just a few basic settings should be taken into view before hitting the "Start" button: output directory and file format for CD to MP3, for example. As other CD-2-MP3 converters this tool lets you convert audio CD tracks to WAV files apart from MP3 files.
