The core of Soulv was designed to mimic the way you usually do maths, line by line on a piece of paper. Type mathematical expressions like "1+2/3*4" like you would on a piece of paper and watch Soulv calculate your answer on the fly, placing it conveniently in the Answer Column.
Unlike a normal calculator, you do not have to erase your expression to do another. Like a piece of paper, simply go to the next line type again and Soulv will evaluate your maths as you type. You do not even have to press equals.
Soulv allows you to write maths how you want to write it, no complicated syntax. For instance you can write commas into your expression just like you would on paper, such as "1,000 + 2,000". When you quit, all your work is automatically saved for future reference.
