SAFolderMon is a little tool that was developed for monitoring the creation, deletion or modification of files.
With SAFolderMon, you can create and run multiple folder change monitors. Each monitor runs on a timer that you control. When the timer goes off, SAFolderMon builds a list of the files in the folder and looks for file additions, deletions or modifications.
For each change that occurs, SAFolderMon launches the file or application that you have specified.
