Dexterpen is a stand-alone Windows graphics application designed for those small repetetive 2D drawing tasks. With Dexterpen one can create collections of drawings of slightly different components to import into your favorite CAD program or even into Word.
The screen is divided into the parameter area, simply a column of sliders with edit boxes, and the graphics area where you add graphics objects like lines, arcs, circles etc. As you add parameters you can then add lines, rectangles, circles and arcs whose dimensions depend on the parameters.
Dexterpen is also able to do those repetitive CAD and CAM calculations you do every day. You get immediate visual and numeric feedback as you move the sliders. Dexterpen is a great way to experiment without having to know how to program. Area and length calculating functions are included.
