WBS Document Depot is an easy and powerful web-based tool to store and share files and folders online.
It allows you to upload and store any kind of documents, organize them in a standard tree-like catalog structure and grant different kind of access rights to your staff.
Using Directory Builder component of WBS Document Depot you can create a catalog structure of your online storage and assign access rights to user.
In every folder of your catalog you can grant read-only, read/write or full rights to any user. Every person who has access rights to a folder will receive e-mail notification on folder update.
WBS Document Depot allows you easily search in all available directories by any sample containing in file name and/or file description which you may provide for any file in the catalog.
WBS Document Depot is accessible anytime from anywhere (hotel room, Internet cafe) via standard web browser. You can also install and use free and light WBS Windows Client (2MB installation file) to access your online file storage.
WBS Windows Client is smoothly integrated with the Windows environment on your desktop computer. In a stand-by mode it resides in system tray and can be opened with just a click of the mouse.
Using WBS Windows Client you can easily drag and drop files or even folders from your desktop to web-based drive or backward.
WBS Document Depot is available for hosting (30-day free trial) on the monthly subscription basis or can be purchased in sources (PHP) to be hosted on your corporate or personal web-server.
