SurfText works with AutoCAD 2 and up. A toolbar button displays a dialog box. Select from a variety of Surface Texture features, including Surftace Texture Method, Roughness and Direction of Lay. Surface Texture may be specified in terms of Micro Inches, Micro Meters and Grade Numbers.

You can modify an existing SurfText symbol with the Edit Surface Texture toolbar button. Surftext is also part of the CustomPOP P2k Drafting Utility package.

Limitations
  • Sorry, Surftext does not work with AutoCAD LT.
