Includes an OCR engine for 7 languages, handles any kind of digital files like PDF, MP3, AVI, DOC, XLS, TIFF, JPG, GIF, etc.; and you can define new ones.

The database lets you search files/objects by predefine keys using criterias like : "between", "greater or equal to", "like", "equal to", "less or equal to", "starts with", "set" or "different than".

Here are some key features of "ScanVision Standalone Edition":

  • You can use MS-Word and MS-Excel within ScanVision.
