During the initial setup phase you define the ministries to schedule and your weekly service times. You can also specify which of your ministers can serve in which ministries, service time preferences at which the ministers would like to serve, family groupings to make sure family members will always be scheduled together, vacation dates, preferred serving frequencies, and more.
A highly sophisticated multi-pass scheduling algorithm ensures that the highest quality schedules are always produced. Finished schedules can be saved as Microsoft Word® documents or even as web pages so you can post them directly onto the internet.
