The spreadsheet format is familiar to users and can be customized to work with your company's existing spreadsheets.

  • 5,000 linear parts input.
  • Parts can have descriptions.
  • Same size parts with different descriptions are treated as different parts.
  • Two Optimization Modes
    1. Selects an optimized combination of stock sizes for the optimization.
    2. Determines which single stock size to purchase from a group of stock sizes. It is ideal for minimum purchase situations.
  • Maintains a stock inventory.
  • Handles stock quantity limits.
  • Adjustable large or small stock size preference when optimizing.
  • Identical lengths can be grouped on the stock to reduce saw setup time.
  • Waste lengths are shown for recycling.
  • Adjustable saw cut kerf and trim amount for each part.
  • Handles true feet and inches units (e.g. 4' 3 1/2") as well as metric units.
  • Integrates with MS Word to print labels.
  • Exports cut list files to automated saw controllers. e.g. TigerStop.
  • All output is automatically formatted for printing.
  • A spreadsheet format that is easily configurable by the user.
  • Can be used with all versions of MS Excel for Windows.
