eSamvaad is a desktop utility that allows you to convert entered text into voice.

eSamvaad uses Microsoft (Or any other) Text to Speech to convert entered text into voice. For a better user exprience, it makes use of Microsoft Agent also. Many Text to Speech Engines and Microsoft Agents are freely available on the web.
