EasyTrans stands for an 'all-in-one' application to transform coordinates.

With the professional edition you are able to execute Affinity- and
Helmert-Transformations as well as to compute their transformation parameters and to use global or regional geoid information to transform ellipsoidal into locally used heights.

EasyTrans features
  • two-dimensional transformations of geographic, Gauss-Krueger and UTM
  • coordinates (conversion onto the same ellipsoid with accuracies of some mm and
  • transitions between different ellipsoids with accuracies of some meters)
  • three-dimensional transformations of geocentric-cartesian, geographic,
  • Gauss-Krueger and UTM coordinates (conversion onto the same ellipsoid with

  • definition of ellipsoids that are not present in the program and entering of
  • local datums with respect to WGS84
  • automatically recognition of coordinate formats while entering via keyboard

  • and - for the case this fails - the user is able to define its own format
  • individually change the settings of the output format, the program color etc.
