CMB AutoDoc automatically Fax/E-Mail/Archive/Print all at the same time, just by printing to the AutoDoc virtual printer from the business software you already own, without any extra user interaction!

Add a text field with an e-mail address and/or faxnumber, in a special color,
to your document template(s)/layout(s), instruct CMB AutoDoc what to do with these fields, and then, print to the CMB AutoDoc printer, producing (hundreds of different) personalized, e-mails, faxes and archived documents, from one print job, depending on the information in the documents.
