AssetManage can be used to keep track of your company and personal assets. Attach images, files, and URLs to your records. Easily track changes in Status or Location.

Our unique View interface makes it easy to see which assets are Assigned to a particular employee, have a particular Status, and so on.

Each asset has an associated 'Item Notebook' where you can track repairs and other expenses related to an asset. AssetManage 2003 features support for 5 types of Asset Depreciation (Straight-Line, Double-Declining Balance, 150% Declining Balance, Straight Percentage and Sum of Years Digits).

Our Depreciation Report allows you to view Depreciation for a particular year from all assets. AssetManage includes an easy to use Query builder, which will allow you to easily create, save and execute custom queries.

Bar code support makes asset lookup easy. Track asset-related service agreements and warranties. An affordable solution for small businesses and cost-conscious organizations.
