We've spent over three years developing AccountsVision, an accounts production system that is unique. It has been designed with the accountant's working practice in mind to ensure that it meets our goals of being innovative, intuitive and above all, great to use.
AccountsVision is all you need as the entire process is integrated into one application meaning you use it from start to finish, not midway from trial balance or journals. This is possible due to our fully integrated spreadsheet, which you use to prepare your working papers.
With AccountsVision you can manage your working papers and the other affairs of your client using a simple document organiser system. It's based upon the physical client folders that you use in your practice already, so you will already be familiar with it.
Create your working papes witin our spreadsheet into which you can import files created by Microsoft Excel. It includes all the tools you need, from formatting to formulas and a few you won't find anywhere else!
It is when it comes to posting where AccountsVision differs from other packages. From your workings simply select a cell with a value, click the mouse and post. AccountsVision annotates your work, telling you where you've posted to.
Lead Schedules, Trial Balances and other reports form part of your working papers file just like any other sort of document. Click and they generate: no traditional report screens to wade through.
