Toolbar Containers
Toolbars containers are not only useful to group toolbars, but are also a good way to let the users organize them like they want.
Like most windows applications (including VS.NET), you can move the toolbars, remove them from the container, dock them, put them back in the container, change the order, etc. ActiveToolbar allow you to do this in a web page!
Docking
