Abacus GeomDraw is a program which is used in conjunction with Microsoft Word to produce documents containing geometrical diagrams. The diagrams are produced from GeomDraw as bitmap images, which may then be imported by Word as "pictures".

Abacus Geometry Draw can be operated in 2 stages. Firstly the construction of a diagram, with associate text, on the Drawing Panel, and secondly the conversion of this diagram to a bitmap image using the Save Image Panel. Facilities are provided at each stage for saving the work. Diagrams are saved into the "Diagrams" sub-folder as *.dgm, and images are saved in the "Images" sub-folder as *.bmp.

In order to obtain the best printer resolution from bitmap images, the diagrams are initially constructed on the Draw
