VbSMS can be incorporated into any programming environment that supports ActiveX controls (e.g. Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft C#, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder). It works under Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000 and XP operating systems family.
