OEAPI - Outlook Express Application Program Interface is the ONLY library that let you add your own functions to Outlook Express.

It brings the interface to add your own plugin to Outlook Express from high-level languages as VB, Delphi or Python.

OEAPI is a program that helps you create Outlook plugins.

Microsoft isn't offering any official SDK, automation tools or OE extension to the popular Outlook Express.

Any customization must be done using application hooks written in C.
